Thanking Southeast Texas Healthcare Workers |
To all the healthcare workers of Southeast Texas: THANK YOU! You have selflessly put yourselves in the path of COVID-19 in order to protect the rest of us, and you are true American heroes.
On Tuesday, I had the privilege of highlighting a few TX-36 heroes on the House floor – watch below!

The GOP's Commitment to the American People |
President Trump created the greatest economy we’ve had in 60 years. American lives and businesses were thriving. Under the President’s leadership, our economy can once again rebuild and be even stronger than before.
This is the GOP’s commitment to the American people.

James Comey Feeds the Nation More Lies |
Comey expects us to believe that he was unaware and innocent of the illegal activity going on in the FBI under his watch? Yeah... okay.
These criminals must answer for their crimes! The average American would have been put behind bars years ago. |
President Trump Receives His Third Nobel Peace Prize Nomination |
President Trump has received his third well-deserved Nobel Peace Prize nomination. The President’s efforts to make lasting changes in the world and bring peace to unstable regions are being noticed. It’s sad Democrats can't swallow their pride and give him credit where it's due.

CBP Agents Seize Illegal Drugs From Inside Children's Books |
CBP agents continue to win at hide-and-seek with drug smugglers. This week, hard narcotics were concealed inside of children's books. Drug traffickers will do anything to get their dangerous product across the border.

Attending the Sabine Pass to Galveston Bay Project Agreement Signing |
Earlier this year, I was successful in ensuring that the Sabine Pass to Galveston Bay project was included in this year’s WRDA Act. This important initiative will correct a drainage issue in Orange County and aid greatly in preventing future flooding in the region.
I'm proud to have had the opportunity to join Orange County officials and representatives from the Texas General Land Office and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for the official signing of the project agreement. This levee will benefit so many, and I'm glad to have helped make this project a reality.

House Democrats Include Radical Policies in New Stimulus Bill |
Once again, House Democrats dropped a COVID-19 stimulus bill full of radical policies AND written without GOP input of course. Stripping $600 million in police funding and using U.S. tax dollars to pay for illegal aliens and bankroll Planned Parenthood are just a few of the items included.

The Liberal Media Is At It Again |
The liberal media is at it again. The New York Times conveniently ignored the fact that a woman plowed through PRO-TRUMP supporters... big surprise. If the facts don't match the narrative – they’re not reported by far-left news outlets.

Another Example of the Dangers of Mail-in Voting |
The Left knows mail-in voting is prone to illegal ballot harvesting/fraud. Unfortunately, only a few Democrats will actually step out of line to say it publicly. We continue to see examples of this bad practice and how it’s a danger to the integrity of U.S. elections.

Remembering Navy SEAL Commander Seth Stone |
On Wednesday, I paused to remember the life of Navy SEAL Commander Seth Stone. I remain incredibly proud to have known him and will be forever grateful for his service to our country. His memory lives on in the lives of all who knew him – especially those like my son who had the privilege to serve alongside him.
I honored his life on the House floor in 2017 after he passed – take a moment to view the video below.
