It was an honor to join the Moore Family in Livingston on Friday morning to dedicate a section of Highway 190 in memory of their son, PFC Stuart Moore, who was killed by an improvised explosive device in Baghdad in 2003.
I was able to visit with and thank PFC Moore’s parents for their great sacrifice to our country, as well as speak to several of those who served alongside him in Iraq. It was a privilege to participate in such a special occasion.
