As Americans continue to battle through the COVID-19 pandemic and bear witness to the growing crisis on our southern border, the significance and great victory that Easter symbolizes remains clear. Years ago, after laying down his life for all of our sins, Jesus rose on the third day – conquering death and guaranteeing everlasting life to all who believe in him.
On this Easter Sunday, may we never forget God’s eternal love and the undeserved sacrifice He bestowed upon us. Today, let us also remember the brave men and women of our Armed Forces who are serving in faraway lands to keep us free and safe.
May the grace of the Lord forever surround you and your family. I pray you have a safe and blessed Easter.
