 I Stand with President Trump
On Friday, Rep. Adam Schiff finally wrapped up his 24-hour effort to convince the Senate to remove President Trump from office.

After hearing Schiff and others speak over the course of three days this week, I am convinced more than ever about something else:

I stand with President Trump.
 Adam Schiff's Trail of Lies
The ONLY thing Rep. Adam Schiff is good at is his ability to repeatedly lie to and mislead the American people. We have witnessed his trail of lies for more than a year now (remember the fake President Trump/ President Zelensky conversation?) and House Democrats suddenly expect America to believe him?

Border Talks with David Asman
Rep. Ilhan Omar wants to stop detaining ILLEGAL immigrants who cross our borders ILLEGALLY. I discussed this, Mexico’s help with our southern border, the Honduran caravan, the flaws of birthright citizenship, and more with guest host David Asman on Trish Regan Primetime! Listen below.

 Bay Area Houston's Quasar Banquet
This week, I had the distinct honor of presenting Dr. Brenda Hellyer, Chancellor of the San Jacinto College District, with a Congressional Record Statement congratulating her for receiving Bay Area Houston’s 2020 Quasar Award. I delivered this statement on the House floor last week, and it will remain transcribed in the official U.S. Congressional Record in the Library of Congress for as long as America stands.
The Quasar Award pays tribute to Dr. Hellyer’s leadership, which has served to redefine education and workforce development throughout the Bay Area Houston region. This prestigious award could not have gone to a more deserving individual. Congratulations!
The Headlines Have Not Changed
The witch hunt against Donald Trump has been in the works ever since he came down that escalator in Trump Tower. These headlines were published the *month before*, and the *day that*, he was sworn in as President of the United States.
Attending the West Chambers County Chamber of Commerce Award Banquet
I had an opportunity to visit with many Southeast Texans while presenting awards at the West Chambers County Chamber of Commerce Awards Banquet on Thursday evening.
Congratulations to all of the award recipients!

To Have a Case, or Not Have a Case, that is the Question
House Democrats are claiming they need more evidence and additional witnesses to support what they have called an “overwhelming,” “conclusive,” and “infallible” case. Speaker Pelosi needs to make up her mind – you either have a case or you don’t.

Liberty and Dayton Area Small Business Roundtable
Several Liberty and Dayton area small business leaders joined me for a roundtable on Friday afternoon where we discussed many important issues, including the Trump Administration's success in rolling back burdensome regulations and America's thriving economy.

Standing for Our Unborn
Last week, I was privileged to stand on the House floor with my colleagues in support of life and our innocent unborn. Wednesday, on the 47th anniversary of the tragic Roe v. Wade Supreme Court decision, I joined Americans across the nation in mourning the 60-plus million babies lost to abortion since 1973.

I pray for our country to be renewed in our purpose to end abortion and protect our most vulnerable.

Speaking at the Highlands Rotary Club
America’s soaring job market, flourishing economy, and historic unemployment rates were just a few of the many topics discussed at the Highlands Rotary Club on Wednesday afternoon.
It was wonderful to visit with many of the great folks who reside in this community.
Trump Attends the 47th Annual March for Life
I proudly support the thousands who were in Washington on Friday for the 47th Annual March for Life.
This year, President Trump became the first president in history to attend the rally, once again affirming his commitment to protecting the unborn.

Babin: If We're Bankrupt, We Can't Help Anybody
Illegal immigration places an enormous burden on the American people who are forced to spend their hard-earned money to medicate, educate, and incarcerate those who shouldn’t even be here.

We are a compassionate nation, but we can’t help anyone if we’re bankrupt. My Democrat colleagues should actually visit sanctuary cities to see firsthand the consequences of THEIR policies because they’re endangering the lives of U.S. citizens every day.

 Visiting Collins Aerospace
Incredibly impressive team at Collins Aerospace in the 36th District.
I had a great afternoon on Friday learning about their work with NASA and Johnson Space Center as well as the critical systems that the Houston team is working on for Artemis and Orion. It was a great visit!
 Joining Cleveland's Hometown Radio Program
Earlier this week, I had the pleasure of sitting down with Cleveland's hometown radio program on KORG-LP FM to provide an update from Washington, discuss my work to protect small businesses and promote local growth, and talk about my life leading up to being a member of Congress. Thanks for having me!
Liberal Policies Are Protecting Illegal Criminal Aliens NOT Americans
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) shared a small sample of who is being released into our communities by local officials who choose to ignore ICE detainers. Liberal policies protect these illegal criminal aliens instead of the American public. I stand with ICE.

The 97th Annual La Porte-Bayshore Chamber of Commerce Banquet
Being able to attend significant dinners, banquets, and events across TX-36 during district work periods are opportunities that I look forward to.
On Wednesday evening, I gladly gave the invocation and distributed multiple award certificates at the 97th Annual La Porte-Bayshore Chamber of Commerce installation dinner.
I thoroughly enjoyed meeting so many wonderful new people!
Joe Biden's Two-Year Anniversary
Thursday, January 23, marked two years since Joe Biden bragged to the nation that he threatened to withhold $1 billion in aid if Ukraine didn’t fire the prosecutor looking into his son. House Democrats like to sweep this under the rug though.

 Meeting with BASF Petrochemicals
I met with plant managers from BASF Petrochemical sites in Pasadena and Beaumont this week. During our visit, I learned about the products being created in these facilities as well as the robust number of constituents currently employed by them.
While production and efficiency are key concerns for the company, it is clear that safety remains a core priority for not only their employees but the communities that the facilities are located in.
Trump's New Proclamaton: The National Sanctity of Human Life Day
Donald Trump, the most pro-life president in history, declared Wednesday, January 22, the National Sanctity of Human Life Day in honor of those who have been killed in the name of abortion. I am proud to support him in his efforts to protect all human life, born and unborn.

Four Key Impeachment Facts Remain Unchanged
As the Democrats try to fool the American people that they actually have a case, these four facts remain unchanged:

1. The July 25th call transcript shows no quid pro quo;
2. Presidents Trump and Zelensky said no quid pro quo;
3. Ukrainians weren’t aware the aid was being withheld at the
time of the call; and
4. Ukraine received aid – without meeting any conditions or
announcing investigations to do so.
