While we have all faced our fair share of challenges over the course of the last year, and longer, let us be reminded of First Peter 1:13 which tells us to place our hope completely on the grace that will be brought to us when Jesus Christ is revealed.

I hope you are spending this Christmas with those you love. While you are sharing meals and opening presents, never lose sight of the greatest gift undeservingly bestowed on the entire world – the birth of our loving Savior.

I pray this season brings special blessings upon you and your family. I look forward to continuing our fight for a more secure, prosperous, and stable nation in the new year.
