Dear Friend, Last week, President Obama presented Congress with his plan to close the Guantanamo Bay detention facility in Cuba and transfer those deemed too dangerous to release to an unspecified U.S. prison. I believe this is an absolutely terrible and insane course of action that threatens the safety and security of the American people - and I want to know what you think.
